"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 My experience at Hotel Maya was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. The property is beautifully maintained, offering stunning waterfront views that create a relaxing and tropical atmosphere right in Long Beach. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay. One of my favorite parts was simply enjoying the scenery around the hotel and taking in the peaceful views of the harbor. The location is excellent, offering easy access to nearby attractions, dining, and the waterfront. Whether you’re visiting for a vacation, special event, or wedding, Hotel Maya provides a unique and memorable experience. For future travelers, I recommend requesting a room with a water view, taking time to explore the grounds, and enjoying the beautiful sunsets from the property. The combination of great service, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding views makes Hotel Maya a destination worth visiting. "Hotel smells great!! And the beds are wonderful! Especially the down pillows and comforter! However, the pull out bed did not have linens I had to call and request them. I wish that was immediately available, especially when traveling with a tired child. I ordered breakfast at the starbucks Cafe area, I ordered a spinach feta turn over that was pretty good according to my 12 year old, I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich wich was good, I then ordered a ham and cheese with potato breakfast burritos it was probably one of the most bland burrito I have ever had with zero trace of cheese (not a single spec) the potatoes were not cooked it was just BAD! With that bieng said we really enjoyed the pool! And the room was specious and beautiful! We booked the suite with the city view. We will be booking again but won't be ordering the burrito :) the food and beverage vouchers were also a very nice and thoughtful touch."
